About Me

Welcome to my cake decorating page. I decided that I wanted to display the cakes that I make but I didn't want to do it on my family blog. So, I will do it here! After I got married I took a cake decorating class to get out of the house. I got a cake decorating set from my mother-in-law and since then, I have made cakes for my kids' birthdays. I am not a professional and I have a lot to learn! But I enjoy making cakes and my kids like to eat cake. It's a win-win for everyone!

Graduation Cakes

I made these cakes for a couple kids for graduation. I made 5 sheet cakes in all. The other 3 were plain jane and just said congratulations. (I forgot to take pictures.) These last two I had some fun on. I found this great recipe for candy clay.  I can make whatever I want out of it, hence the cowboy hats and rope.  These are chocolate cakes with my normal buttercream frosting. I still need to work on my writing but it's getting better!

  1. Hey, these Graduation Cakes are superb my friend. The second one is truly very cute and is my favorite because it is in pink color that is my favorite too. For my own graduation luncheon I had used the unicorn theme which was so fun and enjoyable. I had booked the prettiest event space San Francisco for that.
